Big Star & Raw Sports highlights CHARLES HALL (Sophomore WR, Virginia Union University) who is one of the best wide receivers in the CIAA Conference (HBCU Football). Charles has earned player of the week Honors in the past and continues to rack up the reception and receiving yards stats. Keep an eye on him as the season continues and when it’s time to give out post season honors.
