The day the Legendary AND1 Mixtape came to PHILLY! Early 2000’s (Hot Sauce, Skip 2 My Lou, & More)

In the early 2000’s the Legendary AND1 Mixtape phenomenon came to Philadelphia and made a stop at the 16th & Susquehanna basketball courts in North Philly. The crowd was historic and resembled the image of when Julius “Dr.J” Erving showed up the the Rucker Park and the fans were crowded on the tops of buildings outside of the venue. The AND1 Mixtape was a very special part of our culture and the residuals of that era can still be seen today in playgrounds and gyms all across america. Shout out to all the players who were part of the AND1 brand and who entertained fans all across the country. They had a great run.
