2027 Shakur Starling of WER1 had a great showing at UAA Session 2 in Hamilton, OH. The 6′ 3″ guard is fresh off a state championship win over Imhotep Charter in Pennsylvania, and his positive momentum continued right into the Spring. The versatile guard is strong, athletic, intelligent, plays with good pace, rebounds well, has been shooting the ball with tremendous confidence, great court vision, good ball handler, gets teammates involved, he’s a lock down defender, and plays the game the right way. Starling is a hard worker hasn’t even scratched the surface of what’s to come.
