2027 Shakur Starling had a viral junior season!! He’s the complete package (part 1)

The 6′ 2 1/2″ class of 2027 guard Shakur Starling from Central Dauphin HS (PA) had a viral junior season. He had so many highlights we had to break this film down into 3 parts. The high flying floor general helped his team win a Mid Penn Championship, their first District 3 Championship since 2005, and they are currently on the road to a state title. Starling is a rare throwback player who has just as much tenacious energy on defense as he has on offense. He’s a lock down defender 94 feet, can run the offense, knocks down shots from all 3 levels, good ball handler, great passer, and his mid range game is something out of a coaches clinic. He’s a rare breed of big guards who enjoys posting up and taking advantage of smaller opponents just as much as he enjoys taking them off the dribble and going by them with his quickness.
