WARNING!! This game is not considered elite regarding the levels of AAU basketball, it’s not NIKE EYBL or the PEACH JAM, but it was one of the most exciting finishes and atmosphere’s that I’ve ever experienced. This is the other side of AAU youth sports, and this is the part that gets lost. THIS IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT!!! Today was not about offers, recruiting, trophy’s, scouting, or having your photo posted with an article on the tournaments social media. But it was all about creating memories that will never be forgotten, parent’s getting their money’s worth, experiencing those magical moments that you only dream about, building confidence/character, and making those expensive AAU weekends worth the while. For the teams that won’t be ranked nationally, these are the things that matter the most. Winning big games in a big way. It was also cool to see how many kids packed the sidelines and balcony to witness the magic. This TEAM PA (White) squad had the support of their entire program, and unified the whole gym making fans out of rival teams. This was lit 🔥
