Tristan Thompson who had a notable high school basketball career playing for St. Marguerite d’Youville Secondary School (Brampton, Ontario), then transferred to St. Benedict’s Preparatory School (Newark, NJ) for his sophomore year, and finished at Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nevada) as a McDonald’s All-American before playing college ball at Texas. Tristan was drafted in the 2011 draft in the 1st round 4th overall to the Cleveland Cavaliers. After several trades throughout his career, he is currently back with the Cavaliers.
