“CLASSIC” 1991 ALLEN IVERSON High School Game (Bethel vs Kecoughtan)

Big Star & Raw Sports presents another classic episode of BIG STARS LOST TAPES featuring a “RARE” 1991 ALLEN IVERSON high school game between Bethel and Kecoughtan. If you didn’t know, Allen Iverson has always been “The Answer”. In this game you could totally see his star potential. Only a sophomore in this game which featured several Division 1 athletes, including teammate Tony Rutland (Wake Forest, played with Tim Duncan), AI was clearly still one of the best players on the floor. Iverson was such a freak athlete that he won “Player Of The Year” for football & basketball his senior year. He also won State Championships back to back in both sports in the same year. Shout out to coach John Thompson from Georgetown for giving Allen a chance at redemption. I’m sure with all he accomplished in college, there were no regrets. The things he accomplished and brought to the city of Philadelphia were also special. Although he didn’t accomplish winning a NBA Championship, he’s still one of the best guards in the history of the game, and ther will never be another ALLEN IVERSON.
