SHAKUR “JIZZLE” STARLING “His game is slowly coming together” (2022 MADE HOOPS FINALS CLIPS)

My son Shakur “Jizzle” Starling is continuing to make slow and steady progress, and most importantly his confidence in himself is growing. He’s shooting with more confidence and paying attention to his form and body mechanics, handling the ball much better with limited turnovers, keeping his head above water on fast breaks finding the open man leaking out, playing very unselfishly (sometimes too unselfish), rebounding the “Heck” out of the ball, contesting shots, attacking the basket, and attempting to win every 50/50 ball in his vicinity. As he progresses he will need to become a consistent free throw shooter due to his ability to jump and attack the basket, which will lead to him being on the foul line quite often. He’s demonstrating a very good pace with the game and his IQ is improving day by day. Areas of progress: BALL HANDLING, MID RANGE, THREE POINT SHOOTING, OVERALL PASSING ABILITY WITH EITHER HAND, MOVING WITHOUT THE BALL, KEEPING HIS HANDS READY AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY WHEN FLASHING THROUGH THE PAINT, ARM & LEG STRENGTH, TALKING TO TEAMMATES ON THE FLOOR AND BECOMING A CONSISTENT LEADER.
