BISHOP MCDEVITT’S c/o 2023 DB/WR TYSHAWN RUSSELL first got my attention in a pre-season scrimmage with his speed, hands, and ability to get open. In a season opener against a touch IMHOTEP he displayed that same energy and skillset. Cashing in on 155 yards on 8 catches against a touch defense in game one is a statement. If this is how he performs consistently college scouts should come swarming if not already.
